The band members are Roy Ray on rhythm guitar and vocals, Justin Allen on lead and backup vocals, Jen Ray on bass, and Leigh Ray on drums.

  The band was started as a father and son playing and singing praises in a weekly program on Sunday evenings in 1996. In 1999 a church in North Carolina called on Roy to lead worship. He asked his son Leigh to help form a worship team. They led worship there together for 5 years.

  The team dismantled while Roy's son Leigh was called away to college. He came back with his wife Jennifer, a music major in 2006 who became the bass player as they started the band back up thinking of a way to use their talents and performance to share a message through original music that would be pleasing and entertaining to all who would hear in the spring of 2007. 

  Through a preordained meeting the Lord sent Justin to join their group in early 2009. His ambitious spirit has motivated the group to a new level with expectations to what God has planned for Steadfast. The band plays a southern rock/country style of music hoping the audience will hear their message while being entertained by catchy riffs, lyrics and stage performance.

  They feel their music and stage presence is and has been pleasing to all crowds as most people are stunned to hear Christian music played with such a style that sounds so main stream, is both family entertaining and just plain fun to listen too.
